That said, at FeathersDelivers we pride ourselves on your complete satisfaction and will work hard with you to earn your business-having you be completely satisfied with all of your purchases.
We will work with you on your return, to understand what we did wrong and how we can immediately fix, refund or work out an exchange on any product or seed purchase that does not meet with or exceeds your customer buying experience.

What do I do next?
We suggest you contact us first at www.feathersdelivers.com or via phone at 612-636-3962 so that we can discuss your return or exchange. From there we will ask you to ship the return back to FeathersDelivers using a secured shipper such as UPS. This way there will be a tracking number on all shipments and this will protect you in the event that the product is lost during the shipping process. Again, FeathersDelivers will work with you to return, exchange or issue you a store credit/gift card minus the original shipping fees.
What if I like my purchase but have questions about it and I am not certain I want to return it for a refund or exchange?
If you receive your purchase and aren't sure how to assemble it or if possibly its not working properly before you decide to return it--call or email us before going through the returning process. We have found in the past, with many FeathersDelivers customers that we were able to resolve an issue over the phone or possibly were able to walk you through some installation guidelines; all with our goal of exceeding your satisfaction and having you immediately begin enjoying your backyard birding experience!
What if my return or exchange is regarding my Suet or Seed Purchase?
Suet and Seed purchases with FeathersDelivers are paramount. Why? Because we pride ourselves on offering to our customer's the highest quality of wild bird seed or critter feed used for backyard birding. Our requirements and guidlines are very strict when it comes to suet and seed.
